Conservation

In conservation projects, we use traditional and contemporary techniques to show these important buildings to their best advantage, and to preserve them for the future.

Dragon Hall

This project comprises extensions, alterations and conservation to this 12th-15th century Grade I Listed cloth merchants trading hall. The visitor facilities have been improved, while a glass link opens up the historic base to the first floor hall.

Lynford Hall

A 19th century hall, this is one of the largest historic houses in the Breckland area. The plans have been developed to include a 100-bed 4-star luxury hotel with conference facilities, including a Centre of Excellence for organic food production and organic enterprises as part of a phased programme

The Music Room, Earsham Hall

This Grade I Listed building is an early work of Sir John Soane and retains much of the original paintwork. Working with English Heritage, we have prepared a report on the building’s history, construction and condition, prior to undertaking complete conservation work.
